• Firstly we look at your situation to see if we can help you.
  
• We will ask you what you would like to achieve, eg. Tax reduction, Property Investments etc, work with you hand in hand.
• We have Financial Specialists who will look at your current situation and determine how they can save you money with what you have right now and how much you can borrow. They will do everything for you.
• You can select, or we can refer you to, Property Experts that will recommend Investment Properties. (80% of the property developments that come to NRAS do not meet NRAS criteria's.) This will be explained to you in the meeting.
• We can then refer you to an Investment Accountant Specialists, he will make sure you claim everything you’re entitled to giving you maximum tax advantages.
• We will refer you to a Property Manager who will take care of your Investment and deposit the money into your account. You will be taught how to run an Investment and an Investment Log Book will be provided.
• Just before settlement we come out to your home or call you depending on where you are located in Australia. We will train you on how to run an investment property with a Property Management book designed by an accounting firm for easy bookkeeping.
• 6mths after settlement we will come out to see you just to make sure all is going as planned and everything is set up properly (This is important as many clients like to stay with their current banker but unfortunately the bank loan may have been set up the wrong way).
